Get this princess a birthday crown.
Prince William and Kate Middleton celebrated their daughter Charlotte’s 7th birthday by sharing new portraits of the little royal in which she is the spitting image of her dad.
Charlotte is seen smiling next to the family’s black cocker spaniel puppy, Orla, in a rare photo taken by her mom, the Duchess of Cambridge, while they spent time in Norfolk, England, and posted to Instagram Sunday.
In another photo, Charlotte poses solo while sitting in the grass surrounded by beautiful purple flowers. She wears a blue cable-knit sweater over a spotted collared shirt with her big grin revealing that she is missing a tooth.
“Thank you for all the lovely messages on Princess Charlotte’s seventh birthday!” William and Middleton captioned their post Monday.
Several fans of the family flooded the comments section to honor Charlotte’s special day, with many pointing out that she bears a striking resemblance to the Duke of Cambridge.
“She looks soo like William!!” one person commented.
“I usually think she looks like The Queen but in this first one she resembles her dad,” a second Instagram user agreed.
“She is the double of William. Happy birthday 🎂,” a third chimed in.
“William’s mini me 😍,” another wrote.
“Oh my…she is Prince William with long hair ❤️😍. Happiest birthday sweet Princess Charlotte ❤️,” one more added.
William, 39, and Middleton, 40, tied the knot in 2011 and share three children: Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, 4.
Charlotte is the fourth family member in the line of succession to take over the British throne behind her grandfather Prince Charles, dad William and brother George.
Her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II, who turned 96 last month, is Britain’s longest-reigning monarch.
